Snapshots from the Sydney MardiGras: Part Un

The Sydney Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgender, Queer Mardi Gras festival culminates in the renowned Sydney Mardi Gras Parade, a LGBTQI rights protest and celebration of sexuality. The 2013 parade featured more than 10,000, entrants in 110 elaborate floats and colourful costumes, who represented a community group, topical theme or political message. I cannot express how happy I am to attend something like this for the fifth year and then go dance my heart out. Here are a bunch of snapshots of the people and the fun that is Sydney Mardi Gras.

I'm insanely jealous! This looks fantastic! We have Pride in Birmingham every year but the costumes are rarely as spectacular as it always rains! Thanks for adding colour to my life! xxxx
